This role will learn the development of new BBB products from the marketing brief to first production delivery with hands-on experience.
Support the Product Development team to help ensure product launches are executed in an organized and timely manner.
Help oversee new product development including initiation/conception to formulation, including completion, first delivery & launch.
Supporting the maintenance of PD Dropbox files as needed.
Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of PD room products.
Participate and offer ideas in brainstorming meetings for new product concepts.
Attend industry-based trades shows as needed.
Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by department supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Interest in beauty industry and product development.
Strong work ethic, willing to learn by hands on experience.
Ability to communicate and work well with others.
