The ideal candidate has proven experience in the beauty industry with project management skills and a background in sales/wholesale distribution.
Bespoke Beauty Brands is currently looking to hire a Sales Account Manager. The individual will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts and all aspects of business associated with account management and sales. Position will support the VP of Sales and executive team by providing support to projects from start to finish and will assist with presentations and reports as needed.
Actively build relationships with buyers.
Account contract for day-to-day dealings.
Communicate all programs to account and/or brokers (new item launches, promotions, advertising, etc.)
Coordinate with Operations team on shipments for conversions, prepacks, new stores, and special events.
Design and execute plan-o-gram updates.
Ensure completion of required paperwork and forms by each account; new items setup, add/deletes, conversion kits and prepacks where a broker is not assigned.
Maintain store list and history of distribution.
Access account-specific websites to pull down POS data.
Assist with the deduction process to clear up account claims.
Track orders for select accounts ensuring order and pricing accuracy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2-3 years of experience in account management managing multiple accounts.
Full cycle project management experience.
Passionate about outcome and results-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others and across departments.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Great communication skills - both verbal and written.
Must be organized and have problem-solving skills.
Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel - REQUIRED.
Experience in beauty products category - REQUIRED
Barber/Professional distribution background is preferred.
Wholesale distribution experience is a plus.
